Canadian chef and globe-trotter Ron McKinlay accepted an invitation to come to Prague. Over his twenty-year career, he has fallen in love with French techniques and fine dining, working across several continents. Today, Ron works freelance as a culinary consultant.
We'll discuss working with ingredients, the relationship between technology and craftsmanship and the ability to adapt cooking to the season, the team and the dynamic pace of a kitchen. We’ll also explore how Canadian cuisine is created and why chefs should think like elite athletes. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and share your thoughts.
The talk will be conducted in English with Czech interpretation.
