One April evening at Pult will be dedicated to lambics from the Belgian brewery Boerenerf. The bartenders will pour Pêche de Vigne into your beer glasses—a blend of one- and two-year-old lambics macerated with red peaches—and Mus’iek, which also combines young and aged lambics with an infusion of cherries and grapes.
