Birbant Brewery at Pult

In January, we opened bottles from the Polish Birbant brewery, a familiar name at Pult. This time, we sampled two barleywines from brewers Jarek and Kuli—Solera, aged in red wine barrels, and Cassia, aged in bourbon barrels—along with the imperial stout Sunlight, offering flavors and aromas of brownie and orange.
