A tasting dinner from winter veggies 

On the last Tuesday of February, an eight-course tasting dinner was served at UM on Národní. The central ingredients the top chefs—not only those from Ambiente—worked with that evening were winter vegetables. Guests were treated to winter produce presented in a modern, playful way.
