The grill was sizzling and a DJ was playing in the courtyard in front of the Holešovice butcher shop Naše Maso. The butchers grilled beef and pork steaks, as well as hearty sausages. They were served with seasonal sides, mustard from Lokál and ketchup from Ambiente. In short, it was a proper summer barbecue.
