Two Onions in front of Bufet

The air in the courtyard of Karlín’s Bufet was filled with the aroma of the Vietnamese dish Bún chả. Chefs from Nhà hai hành — nicknamed “At the Two Onions” — prepared a soft Vietnamese bánh mì baguette, Bún chả style for guests, with grilled pork belly, fresh vegetables and cilantro.
