Sommeliers from Marie B came to Centraal on Rašínovo nábřeží, where they served guests of the pop-up a selection of sparkling wines from Moravia and Champagne to accompany the fried chicken sandwiches. Creative Ambiente chef Michal Daněk also joined them, serving his chicken nuggets with sour cream and sturgeon caviar.
