Negroni Week 

Prague sipped on Negronis—the popular Italian cocktail, in both classic and creative versions—and bartenders at Ambiente also added it to their menu. Pasta Fresca served guests both the classic version and a coconut variation; the Biskup restaurant focused on apricot notes; and the Myšák in Holešovice, in addition to the classic and a lighter “sbaglato” version, offered guests Punčák, traditional czech dessert, that pairs well with the Negroni not only in flavor but also in color.
