The time has come for Barlow Sorbus

On the last Thursday of May, the bartenders at Pult tapped one of their beer treasures – Barlow Sorbus, a barley wine from Poland’s Kormoran brewery. They introduced guests to a beer style that first undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is then aged in oak barrels, much like wine.
