Guests of UM enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of a snack bar with quick service and amazing food. They tasted six dinner courses comprising small dishes all served in under 45 minutes. We offered traditional, simple and nostalgic Czech dishes. Guests stood at the kitchen counter the whole time so they could watch the chefs work their magic.
