On October 9th, a whole Přeštík pig from Amaso was roasted on the spit at Lokál U Zavadilů. Guests enjoyed the juicy pork served with Eska 33 bread, pickled peppers, pearl onions, mustard, horseradish and traditional Czech vejmrda (apple-horseradish relish).
