The creative head chefs prepared dishes reflecting what has been happening at UM over the past few weeks. In February, the following was served:
Vlašské vejce (egg salad with mayonnaise)
Drkotina (traditional pork spread)
Broth with semolina dumpling
Ondráš schnitzel with cabbage salad
Wild boar with rosehip sauce and potato dumplings
Hot Love (warm raspberry dessert)
Křehotinky (traditional crispy pastries)
