The last one before the holidays, in a non-traditional format

The final Siren Test pop-up before the holiday break took place in a slightly different format this time. Instead of a tasting menu, the creative chefs served smaller snacks, complemented by a bar menu created by the UM bartenders. Some guests ordered plates and drinks à la carte, while others tried the full tasting menu, including the drink pairings.
