Siren Test Pop-up at UM

On the first Wednesday of October, UM’s innovation center hosted another edition of its Siren Test pop-up. This time, the creative chefs prepared a menu inspired by travel, culinary encounters and the flavors of the fall season.

The October menu featured:

Foie gras pâté
Tomato salad with pork crackling
Cauliflower soup with hazelnuts
Fish balls with potato salad
Beef with mushrooms and gnocchi
Quark, plums and white poppy seeds

The Siren Test Pop-up takes place at UM on the first Wednesday of every month.
