True to tradition, St. Martin’s Day goose was served at all Lokál restaurants — in some, the feasting continued throughout the following weekend as part of the goose celebrations.
The goose feast took center stage at Kuchyň, while roast meat and starters were served at Čestr, U Kalendů and Café Savoy. And of course, goose specials were served at Kantýna as well.
