At the Evald Cinema, we hosted a talk with Sebastian Frank, the head chef of the Berlin restaurant Hortväth. Together with his team, he continues to demonstrate that vegetables (like any other ingredient) have their own value and deserve to shine on the menu. We discussed the role of fine dining today and the gastronomic scene in Berlin, as well as what working with vegetables requires and how it fosters creativity in chefs.
