Have you tasted the milk veal?

It is the finest form of beef ever - it stands out with its light pink colour, tender delicate texture and we tiptoe around it in the kitchen. Chef Tomáš Mykytyn and his deputy Jakub Krotil have now incorporated this culinary gem into the autumn menu, which Culinary Club members could taste in October at Pasta Fresca!
