At the end of April, the courtyard of Karlín’s Bufet was filled with the aroma of Greek souvlaki. The Wagyu vs. Přeštík pop-up was created by the creative chefs of Ambiente together with the Bufet team. Guests chose between souvlaki with Japanese wagyu beef and Přeštík pork.
