Wagyu vs. Přeštík Pop-up
A hearty bowl of ramen was served at UM on Národní Street. The soup, made from a rich broth, high-quality meat and fresh noodles, was prepared for guests by creative chefs František Skopec, Daniel Juráš and Michal Daněk. They drew inspiration from their travels throughout Japan, where they tasted countless bowls of ramen.
