Unique pop-up from the team at UM, which takes place every first Wednesday of the month

The creative chefs prepared dishes that reflect what UM has been up to for the past weeks.

We served the following in December:

Eggs in aspic
Chicken soup with daikon
Tortelloni with mushrooms and truffle
Fish dumplings with a sparkling sauce
Pork platter with cabbage salad
Lokše potato pancakes with plum jam, poppy seeds and apples
