Winter veggies in eight courses

On Tuesday, February 24th, chefs from Ambiente as well as others will prepare a tasting dinner centered on winter vegetables. In an eight-course tasting menu, they will show you that even winter produce can be playful and exciting on the plate.

You'll be delighted by a modern take on humble ingredients—presented in ways you’ve never tasted before.

What will they be serving at the pop-up?

Sweet potato salad
Broth with kohlrabi dumpling
Swiss chard with walnuts
Pumpkin soup with sansho pepper
Beer-braised stuffed cabbage rolls with creamed cabbage
Beetroot with cream
Parsnip with pistachios
Jerusalem artichoke with brewer's grain
