The evening brings together chefs who explored game meat during a hands-on educational seminar. Together, they’ll create a tasting menu centered around a single ingredient.
Back to the Roots connects theory with practice, chefs with farms and traditional knowledge with contemporary approaches. This collaborative dinner will bring the seminar to a close with a menu created by the participating chefs.
