And the result is a one-night-only pop-up at Biskup restaurant. The chefs from Biskup will serve two different tasting menus from the open kitchen, while the bartenders from Café Bar Pilotů will pair the food with seasonal cocktails.
You’ll be able to choose from the following:
Set 1
Meatloaf in a shokupan bun with pickles and mustard, egg with cheese spread and spring onion, chicken skewer with pepper sauce and sour cream
Set 2
Fried mushroom with tartar sauce, cabbage and apple skewer with crispy fried onion, horseradish and mayonnaise, egg with cheese spread and spring onion
To welcome you, you’ll be served toast topped with tomato, greengage plum and truffle. And if neither set takes your fancy, the menu will also feature classics such as beef tartare, pork knuckle with paprika sauce, and broth with liver dumplings.
Biskup restaurant operates on a walk-in basis, so there’s no need to make a reservation — just come by and we’ll find you a seat.
