Two Onions in front of Bufet 

The aroma of Vietnamese Bún chả will fill the air in the courtyard of Karlín’s Bufet. This Thursday afternoon, chefs from the Smíchov spot Nhà hai hành — affectionately nicknamed “At the Two Onions” by Prague locals — will take over the grill and prepare a soft Vietnamese bánh mì baguette, Bún chả style. That means grilled pork belly, fresh vegetables and cilantro packed into the sandwich.
