We’re getting ready to open our third Myšák in the Schwarzenberg Palace at Prague Castle this spring. In addition to traditional Czech pastries, we’ll be serving leisurely, long breakfasts. We’re still fine-tuning the menu, and you’ve already had a chance to be part of the process: we hosted a Christmas brunch created by head pastry chef Lukáš Pohl together with the new head chef of Myšák at the Castle, Filip Hrušovský.
