Enjoy coffee from Guatemala

Come and taste two specialty competition coffees from the Guatemalan farm Finca Gascón, which we visited in March. Behind the bar, you’ll also meet some of the key members the team: the farmer Felipe Contreras, Ambiente’s head barista Ondra Štökl, Eska’s barista Eliška Syrovátková and Jakub Smolka from the Nordbeans roastery. Jakub used these very coffees during his winning performance at the 2025 Barista of the Year competition.

We'll try:

• Espresso: Hybrid Washed Geisha (flavor notes: prickly pear – lime – pineapple – vanilla – jasmine)
• Cappuccino: Kombucha Natural Pacamara (flavor notes: banana – milk chocolate – sour cherry – cognac)

The coffees will be available on the grinder only on this day and at this time. This is a unique opportunity to taste them and also to meet the farm owner, Felipe, and learn more about the entire production process. No reservation is needed  –  just drop by and enjoy the tasting.
