The team behind head chef Filip Hrušovský from Myšák at the Castle and executive pastry chef Lukáš Pohl have prepared a special three-course evening menu. It will be served on the terrace just four times, offering stunning views of Petřín and all of Prague.
Friday September 11th and Saturday September 12th & Friday September 18th and Saturday September 19th. Places are limited for each evening and the views and the experience will be truly unforgettable.
The menu will include the following:
Starter:
Foie gras parfait

Fresh cow’s cheese with zucchini
Main course:
Hradčany roast

Trout fillet with caviar
À la minute dessert:
Štěpánská omelette (traditional Czech sweet soufflé omelette)
