Open-Bottle Night at Pult 

During Open-Bottle Night, we had the chance to taste special beers that are usually only sold at Pult by the bottle. This time, it was the Barrel-Aged Sour from Matuška Brewery — a sour beer with a unique taste developed through aging in barrels that previously held the fortified red wine Lokus Červený from J. Stávek winery and enhanced by the addition of the Brettanomyces culture.
