The fridges at Pult hold dozens of true beer gems. And on the last Thursday in May, the bartenders will tap one of them – Barlow Sorbus from Poland’s Kormoran brewery. They’ll introduce you to the barley wine ale: a spontaneously fermented beer aged for 16 months in an oak barrel with rowan berries. It sits somewhere between beer and wine.
