Come See the Butcher at Work

Experience a traditional Czech pig butchering day from a little closer up. In front of Hall 27, we’ll meet butcher Fanda Kšána and get a behind-the-scenes look at the craft of turning a whole pig into a traditional feast.

Some of the traditional specialties will be prepared right on site, so you’ll see not only the finished sausages, blood sausages, and other delicacies, but, most importantly, the skill and craftsmanship that go into making them.
