Come and enjoy a unique seven-course tasting menu

Top chefs, not only from Ambiente, will present fresh inspiration from the seminar Ke kořenům (Back to the Roots) – this time paying tribute to the potato. Be surprised by a modern take on this humble ingredient, in a way you have never tasted before.

Menu:

  • Potato Soup (Bramboračka, consommé)
  • Salad
  • Cmunda po kaplicku – traditional potato pancake with cabbage and smoked meat
  • Lepenice – mashed potatoes with sauerkraut and bacon
  • Plum Dumpling with Game
  • Škubánek – boiled potato dish with butter, poppy seeds, and sugar
  • Potato Wafer

Dinner lasts approximately 1–1.5 hours. Due to the nature of the menu, it is not possible to prepare vegetarian versions or accommodate food intolerances. Beverages are not included in the price.
