Pop-up Echoes with the Stará garda

Come and taste original Czech dishes that have almost been forgotten.

What happens when generations of cooks meet, but also history meets the present? Find out at a unique pop-up in Prague's UM, prepared by Ambiente chefs together with the Old Chefs and Pastry legends.

The Stará garda is a solid and respected part of the Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of the Czech Republic. It currently consists of about fifty professionals aged 75-95 who are still actively cultivating their craft.

The unique dinner will feature six courses and dishes that you can't get today. It will be a celebration of Czech culinary heritage, but also of traditions, flavours and ancient stories.
