Japanese Katsu Sando sandwiches were served in Bokovka's courtyard in late February. Some guests had already booked a portion of the sandwich with premium Japanese wagyu in advance, while others sampled a version with Czech přeštík or Czech wagyu from the Krontorád farm on the spot.
The pop-up was prepared by Ambiente's creative chefs Jirka Horák and František Skopec, who had previously completed internships in Japan and spent time at the Torikai Chikusan farm, where the meat served at the pop-up came from.
