On October 9th, Lokál U Zavadilů will be roasting a whole Přeštík pig from Amaso over the spit.
The marinated meat will be carved straight from the spit and served with Eska 33 bread, pickled peppers, pearl onions, mustard, horseradish and vejmrdа horseradish-apple relish.
Portions will be approximately 250–300 g, priced at 130 CZK per 100 g.
