The team at Lokál in Kunratice has been up to more spit-roasting shenanigans! The latest Rožťárny took place on October 29, featuring a roulade made from Amaso’s Přeštík pork, slow-roasted on the spit and served with roasted grenaille potatoes, Czech vegetable relish, pickled hot peppers, and pickled onions. A proper feast celebrating the best of Czech pork!
