Saturday 28. 2. 2026 18:00 – till closing
On Saturday, February 28th, three chefs with a shared past at Michelin-starred La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise will reunite in one kitchen. Martin Štangl of Štangl and Otto Vašák of Essens both trained under head chef Oldřich Sahajdák before going on to forge their own paths and develop their distinctive culinary styles. Now, all three will come together again to create a six-course tasting menu.
Each chef will present two courses that best reflect their individual approach to ingredients, seasonality and tradition. The wines will be paired by Michelin Guide–recognized sommelier Zdeněk Oudes, while dessert will be prepared by Sabina Keltnerová, named Pastry Chef of the Year 2026 by the Gault&Millau guide.
