A unique pop-up by the UMu team held on the first Wednesday of every month

Your favorite Wednesday of the month is just around the corner. Ambiente’s creative chefs have prepared a six-course menu inspired by the ingredients and techniques they’ve been working with in recent weeks. This time, the menu features spring ingredients alongside flavors inspired by classic 1980s cuisine.

At the pop-up, you’ll be served a mix of hot, crispy, cold and juicy dishes, paired with wine, lemonade or alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. No reservation is needed — doors open at 5pm.
