Siren's test in February

A unique pop-up by the UM's team that takes place on the first Wednesday of every month.

Creative chefs prepare dishes that reflect what's been happening at UM for the past few weeks. So look forward to a variety of ingredients, new techniques and unique flavors. There will also be original drinks from Ambiente's head baristas and the care of the production team.

All this in a relaxed atmosphere and at very friendly prices. The menu is secret, but we can promise you one thing - it will never be repeated.

Always on the first Wednesday of the month from 5 to 8 pm. Be ready, we don't take reservations. We look forward to seeing you!
