One August Wednesday at Pult V Celnici was dedicated to Belgian lambic, specifically a beer from Oud Beersel brewery. The brewers there macerated a three-year-old lambic with grapes from Italy’s Piedmont region, giving Pult’s regulars the chance to try something new.
