Come to a special talk with Sebastian Frank, the head chef of the Berlin restaurant Hortväth. Together with his team, he continues to demonstrate that vegetables (like any other ingredient) have their own value and deserve to shine on the menu. Among other topics, we will discuss the role of fine dining today and the gastronomic scene in Berlin, as well as what working with vegetables requires and how it fosters creativity in chefs.
The discussion will take place at the Evald Chamber Cinema and will be conducted in German with interpretation into Czech.
