Myšák’s most popular dessert was prepared in many different ways in all three locations. Throughout the weekend, guests were even able to enjoy větrník in liquid form. In addition to the mini, the classic and two sizes of větrník cakes, the pastry chefs prepared the following:
Plated větrník – choux pastry, caramel, vanilla, matcha, strawberries, chocolate, edible gold
Větrník Praline – caramel, vanilla, choux pastry, chocolate
Větrník Sundae – vanilla ice cream, raspberries, caramel, whipped cream, pieces of choux pastry
Větrník Drink – caramel cream, espresso, vanilla syrup, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, milk
