Czechoslovak collaboration
At Pult, guests sampled a beer that took several years to mature. First Creature is a blend of an imperial stout aged for 18 months in whiskey barrels and a three-year-old spontaneously fermented kriek lambic made with Moravian sour cherries. The collaboration comes from Jitka Ilčíková of Wild Creatures and the Slovak brewery Firstep.
