Lovers of venison enjoyed a visit to Lokál Pod Divadlem. Venison has arrived in the Pilsner Lokál! We served boar leg with rosehip sauce and Carlsbad dumplings, roast boar shoulder with cabbage and potato dumplings as well as boar goulash. And dessert? A Věneček choux pastry with Parisian whipped cream and raspberries.
