Zkouška Sirén (Siren Test) Pop-up in November

A unique pop-up created by the team from UM that takes place every first Wednesday of the month

Come and enjoy six courses created by the Ambiente creative chefs. This time, sommelier Vojta from Bokovka has joined in, and he'll plan a wine for each course to complement all the flavors. 

You can look forward to the following:
Carrot and apple salad 
Chicken and mayo sandwich 
Pasta with paprika sauce 
Boiled pork, Vejmrda horseradish, Fried potato pancake
Apples with vanilla sauce

We do not accept reservations and open our doors at 5 p.m. sharp.
