We’ll be tasting a popular beer from Wild Creatures at the next Evening of Open Bottles. La Vie en Rose (16 °P, 7.2% ABV) is a delicate blend of spontaneous ferments, with the core flavor coming primarily from two-year-old batches.
Rose petals were used in very small amounts to subtly enhance the complex flavor profile without overpowering it. The rose bushes grow all around the Wild Creatures orchards, and it’s wonderful to see them in full bloom. Here’s to a life full of joy!
