Siren's test in September

A unique pop-up by the UM's team that takes place on the first Wednesday of every month.

Creative chefs prepare dishes that reflect what's been happening at UM for the past few weeks. So look forward to a variety of ingredients, new techniques and unique flavors. There will also be original drinks from Ambiente's head baristas and the care of the production team.

September Menu:
Beef tartare, mushrooms, blueberries
Tomato salad, gooseberries
Potatoes, black currants
Onion tart, anchovies, olives, salad
Fish, butter sauce, vegetables
Chicken with peach, Gruyère cheese, croquettes
Apple dessert, ice cream
Apricot tart

All of this in a relaxed atmosphere for 750 CZK for the full menu.

Always on the first Wednesday of the month from 5 to 8 pm. Be ready, we don't take reservations. We look forward to seeing you!
