On Monday afternoon, food enthusiasts came to hear the story of Canadian Chef Ron McKinlay who accepted an invitation to come to Prague from the Ambiente creative chefs. In addition to the talk, he led a workshop for professionals lasting several hours and prepared a multi-course tasting dinner for guests at Čestr.
