Although this holiday isn’t very traditional in the Czech Republic, in Ireland—where beer is as popular as it is here—it’s a reason to celebrate. At Pult, they marked the day of Ireland’s patron saint with an iconic beer. There was Guinness on tap, a rich and flavorful stout first brewed by Dublin brewers back in 1759.
