Farm shopping and pancakes to go — Biskup served up a proper Saturday morning on the first weekend of September. Creative chef František Skopec prepared pancakes topped with lemon cream, chocolate-hazelnut cream and raspberry jam, accompanied by freshly brewed filter coffee.
