Siren Test Pop-up

A unique pop-up by the UM team, held on the first Wednesday of every month.

They’re back after a short break. On the first Wednesday of September, the Siren Test Pop-up took place at the UM innovation center. The creative chefs prepared dishes inspired by what had been happening at UM over the past few weeks.

In September, the menu featured:

Prague ham
Herb salad
Potatoes and blackcurrants
Lamb Milanese alla puttanesca, ciabatta
Tomatoes and greengages
Something sweet to finish
